花高价本想买个省心旅程，结果却买来持续不断的电话轰炸和人身威胁——这是中国澳门游客甘先生，在携程平台预订“高端定制游”后的真实遭遇。
近日，甘先生在携程上，花4474元选了“延吉-长白山3日双人高端定制游”，可到了行程中，糟心事却纷至沓来：先是因景区开放时间不固定，定制师没准备备用方案，被问起还反问甘先生“每个人都要备用方案我不忙吗”，后遭景区闭园，定制师临时推了个“奶头山”景点，跟甘先生期待的长白山核心景点差太远。气不过的甘先生给了2.0分差评，还写了客观评价。
没成想从11月19号开始，甘先生的手机就被陌生电话“围攻”，平均每小时10通，半夜都不停，还有人打电话威胁“删差评，不然有你好受的”，陌生微信加好友也带着威胁话，甘先生只能开勿扰模式，工作生活全乱了。
据调查，为甘先生提供服务的定制师，来自黑龙江本地，是携程平台的合作商家。尽管携程表示正在核查，并将依据平台规则对涉事方进行处罚，但平台对合作商家的约束力显然存在不足。
目前甘先生已经向哈尔滨文旅局投诉、向公安报案，携程要是不拿出真招完善监管，这样的糟心事恐怕还会发生。
