11月29日，2025年创新广汽（Innovate Guangzhou Automobile，简称IGA）活动成果发表会在广汽集团番禺总部举行。来自广汽集团总部及20家投资企业的36个优胜QC小组，围绕QC发表奖金、银、铜奖展开激烈角逐；同时，40名员工代表荣获优秀改善提案奖。
今年是广汽集团成立28周年，IGA活动也迎来了第20个年头。20年来，IGA活动累计产生改善提案超706万条，QC活动参与人数超88万人次，创造直接经济效益逾166亿元。尤其在2025年，即便面临行业转型和企业变革的双重挑战，仍收获改善提案超39万条，创造直接经济效益逾23亿元，创历年之最。IGA活动现已发展成为广汽集团持续时间最长、参与范围最广、活动规模最大、极具广汽特色与魅力的企业文化活动品牌。
围绕“创变向未来”年度主题，今年活动在形式与内涵上实现双重突破。各参赛团队围绕主题进行创意编排，将技术课题转化为富有感染力的舞台呈现，生动展现了广汽人敢于突破、主动求变的精神风貌。同时，活动通过全流程数字化管理，进一步提升组织效率与透明度，为IGA这一文化品牌注入新时代活力。
