BlockBeats 消息，12 月 3 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，纽约数字资产投资公司 Parataxis Holdings 同意以 400 亿韩元（约 2730 万美元）收购韩国数据安全公司 Sinsiway 的控制权，并将其转型为以太坊财库公司。若在 2026 年 1 月获得 Sinsiway 股东批准，该公司将更名为 Parataxis ETH, Inc.，并保留其证券交易上市地位，成为在韩国市场由美国机构资本支持的以太坊财库公司。Parataxis Holdings 创始人兼首席执行官 Edward Chin 预计将加入董事会。
