智通财经APP讯，金辉集团(00137)发布公告，卖方Jinbi Marine Inc.为公司拥有约55.69%权益的间接附属公司，于2025年12月2日(交易时段结束后)与买方兴乐投资有限公司就有关以1440万美元(约1.12亿港元)的代价出售该船舶订立该协议。该船舶将于2025年12月15日至2026年1月30日期间由卖方交付予买方。
该船舶为一艘载重量56,361公吨的超级大灵便型船舶，于2012年建造并于香港注册。卖方保证该船舶于交付时并无作出任何租赁、财产负担、按揭及海事留置权或任何其他负债。该船舶将以无作出租赁的基础下交付予买方。
集团的主要业务为国际性船舶租赁及拥有船舶。董事一直注视航运业目前的市况，并时刻监察，于有需要时调整集团的船队组合。该船舶的出售事项符合集团持续实施的策略，透过维持一支均衡组合的船队以优化其船队，并于目前波动的市场中降低吾等的营运风险承担。集团可借该船舶的出售事项提升其营运资金状况及进一步巩固其流动资金及整体财务状况。
