智通财经APP讯，绿色动力环保(01330)公布，鉴于部分激励对象因个人原因自愿放弃参与公司 A 股限制性股票激励计划，以及根据公司董事、高级管理人员权益授予价值占授予时薪酬总水平的控制要求，董事会同意对本激励计划首次授予的激励对象、授予数量进行调整，调整后，本激励计划首次授予的激励对象为 189 人，首次授予的限制性股票数量为 3,604 万股。因公司于本激励计划披露后实施了两次权益分配，同意将首次授予价格由 3.25 元/股调整至 2.95 元/股。经过上述调整后，确定本激励计划首次授予日为 2025 年 12 月 2 日，向符合授予条件的 189 名激励对象授予 3,604 万股限制性股票，授予价格为 2.95 元/股。
此外，董事会同意向符合授予条件的 3 名激励对象授予预留部分(第一批)136 万股限制性股票，授予价格为 3.56 元/股，授予日为 2025 年 12 月 2 日。
