智通财经APP讯，米格国际控股(01247)发布公告，于2025年12月2日，卖方(公司间接全资附属公司红孩儿集团(香港)有限公司)拟向买方(福建泉州朗曜达投资有限公司)出售目标公司(泉州红隅科创产业发展有限公司)的全部股权权益，代价为人民币7570万元。
目标公司为公司的间接全资附属公司。目标公司乃作为集团的物业控股公司而成立，并独家拥有该等物业。该等物业包括位于中国福建省泉州市晋江市一幅工业用地上的工业园区及若干附属建筑物。该等物业占地约2.06万平方米，而建筑物总楼面面积约为4.27万平方米。于买卖协议日期，部分该等物业已出租予独立第三方，而该等物业的其余部分则由公司的间接全资附属公司红孩儿(中国)租用，供集团用作业务营运及办公室用途。完成后，公司将不再持有目标公司的任何权益，而目标公司的财务业绩以及资产及负债将不再并入集团的综合财务报表。
