格隆汇12月3日丨宜搜科技(02550.HK)宣布，董事会已于2025年12月2日批准采纳2025年股份奖励计划一。2025年股份奖励计划一由现有股份拨资，不涉及公司授出(i)新股份；或(ii)新股份购股权。根据上市规则第十七章，采纳2025年股份奖励计划一毋须股东批准。同时，董事会已于同日批准2025年股份奖励计划二，而其采纳须经股东于股东特别大会上批准方可作实。 同日，董事会批准认购金融机构提供的财富管理产品的计划，本金总额不超过1亿港元(或其他等值货币金额)。该认购预期将由公司先旧后新配售事项所得闲置资金及╱或公司营运资金拨资。
