消息面上，黑芝麻智能宣布，拟通过股权收购及注资方式收购广东珠海端侧AI芯片公司亿智电子，预期总代价约人民币4亿元至5.5亿元。收购完成后，亿智电子财务业绩将并入公司报表。预期交易将于2026年第一季度完成。
公开资料显示，亿智电子是一家专注于边缘侧/端侧AI SoC芯片自主研发的系统方案供应商，其核心竞争力在于构建了从底层IP到上层算法的完整技术闭环。该公司已形成SA、SH、SV三大产品系列，其应用精准覆盖智能安防、智能车载（如ADAS/DMS）及消费电子等广泛领域。
