Investigator Resources Changes Name to Investigator Silver, Shares Up 3%

Investigator Resources (ASX:IVR) said it has formally changed its name to Investigator Silver following shareholder approval at the company's annual general meeting held on Nov. 26, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said that the name change is now legally effective and there is no change to the company's ticker code, share capital structure, or any rights of shareholders as a result of the name change.
The rebrand reflects Investigator's evolution into a business singularly focused on developing silver assets, anchored by the Paris Silver project in South Australia, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
