Shanghai International Says EY Quits as Auditor Over Fee Dispute

Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment (HKG:0770) said Ernst & Young resigned as its auditor, effective Nov. 28, after the two sides failed to reach an agreement on the audit fee for the 2025 financial year, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
EY confirmed it has no other matters to bring to shareholders' attention.
The company said EY had not commenced any review or audit work for the 2025 financial statements and that the resignation is not expected to affect the timing of its annual results.
