ChainCatcher 消息，Strategy（MSTR）美股盘中跌超 11%，目前总市值约 448 亿美元；目前该公司持有的比特币总量为 65 万枚，总价值约 484 亿美元，平均每枚比特币的价格为 74,436 美元。MSTR 已连续四个月收跌，其中 11 月下跌 34.26%。
此前消息称，Strategy 公司宣布设立规模达 14.4 亿美元的美元储备金，专项用于支付优先股股息及现有债务利息。该储备金资金来源于公司根据市场发行计划出售 A 类普通股所获收益。
目前 Strategy 需要支付 7.5 亿美元的年度股息，这意味着 Strategy 拥有足够的资金来支付 23 个月的股息。
