iX Biopharma (SGX:42C) allotted and issued 1.4 million shares at SG$0.06 per share, pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the issue, the company's share capital has increased to 958 million shares, with the new shares expected to be listed and quoted on or about Dec. 8.
