智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，12月1日，巨星传奇(06683)股东将股票存入盈宝证券国际香港，存仓市值3.75亿港元，占比5.73%。
此前巨星传奇发布公告，配售事项及认购事项已于2025年11月27日完成。由于配售事项的所有条件均已获达成，故配售事项及认购协议各订约方已同意配售事项应于2025年11月27日完成。因此，配售事项已于2025年11月27日完成，且合共7500万股配售股份(相当于紧随认购事项完成后本公司经扩大已发行股本约7.88%)已由配售代理按每股配售股份7.20港元的配售价，成功配售予不少于六名承配人，而彼等及彼等的最终实益拥有人均为独立于本公司及其关连人士且与彼等概无关连的第三方。紧随配售事项及认购事项完成后，概无承配人成为本公司的主要股东。
