Coastal Greenland (HKG:1124) reported HK$16.7 million in attributable profit for the fiscal first half, swinging from a loss of HK$36.9 million a year earlier.
Shares of the property developer gained over 21% in morning trade Monday.
Earnings per share for the half year ended Sept. 30 was HK$0.0404, against a loss per share of HK$0.089 in the prior year.
Revenue rose to HK$34.9 million from HK$1.6 million previously, figures showed.
