三星电子已任命30多岁的常务李康旭为新成立的“Samsung Research（SR）Nova人工智能（AI）研究所”的首任负责人。李康旭出生于1986年，在上月25日公布的年末高管人事中被晋升为常务，成为此次晋升中最年轻的常务之一。他将凭借年轻的领导力与AI专业能力，负责引领三星电子的下一代AI技术研究。
据韩国业界3日消息，三星电子近期进行了组织重组和人事任命。在此次晋升前，李康旭就任职于三星研究院DX部门的AI模型团队，是主导生成式AI语言模型与代码模型开发的核心专家。
业界分析认为，任命李康旭为Nova AI Lab的负责人，反映了三星电子会长李在镕坚持“比起年龄，更看重绩效与成长潜力”的人事基调。年轻领导力与技术专长，被视为符合三星电子AI创新战略的关键。
李康旭毕业于韩东大学计算机工程系，后在KAIST获得计算机工程硕博学位，并于2018年加入三星电子。
