Lendlease Group Says Japanese Real Estate Firm to Acquire Minority Equity Stake in Victoria Waterfront Development

Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) said Japanese real estate firm Tokyo Tatemono will acquire a strategic minority equity stake in the waterfront development at 899 Collins Street, Docklands in Victoria, according to a Monday statement.
The waterfront development is being delivered in partnership with Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate. Lendlease is the developer, builder, and investment manager for the project. Construction is underway and is set for completion in early 2027.
The development will deliver 499 build-to-rent residences across 24 levels.
Lendlease's shares fell 1% in recent trading on Monday.
