受半导体和汽车需求旺盛推动，韩国 11 月出口表现依旧稳健。在全球贸易保护主义浪潮下，这一态势为政策制定者提供了信心支撑。

　　韩国海关部门周一发布的数据显示，经工作日差异调整后，11 月韩国出口额同比增长 13.3%，前一个月（10 月）同比增幅为 14%；未调整的整体出口额同比增长 8.4%，10 月该数据经修正后为同比增长 3.5%。同期，韩国进口额同比增长 1.2%，贸易顺差达 97 亿美元。其中，半导体出口持续引领增长态势 —— 受人工智能和数据中心领域需求稳定提振，半导体出口同比攀升近 39%；汽车出口也实现近 14% 的增长，其增幅足以抵消石化等行业带来的增长拖累。

　　这份乐观的贸易报告发布前数日，韩国央行已将基准利率维持在 2.5% 的水平不变，并微调了政策声明 —— 暗示其当前对进一步降息的倾向，已不像此前那般强烈。韩国央行行长李昌镛表示，央行董事会对未来经济前景的看法存在分歧：3 名成员支持进一步实施宽松政策，另外 3 名成员则认为短期内应维持当前利率水平。同时，韩国央行小幅上调了截至 2026 年的经济增长与通胀预期。
