ChainCatcher 消息，欧洲最大数字资产管理公司 CoinShares 已于 11 月 28 日正式撤回其向美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 提交的 XRP、Solana Staking 和 Litecoin ETF 申请。公司同时宣布将逐步关闭其比特币期货杠杆 ETF 产品 (BTFX)。这一决定正值 CoinShares 准备通过与 Nasdaq 上市公司 Vine Hill Capital 的 12 亿美元 SPAC 合并在美国上市之际，该交易预计于今年年底完成。
合并后，CoinShares 将跻身全球四大加密 ETF 资产管理公司之列，与 BlackRock、Fidelity 和 Grayscale 并列。CoinShares 首席执行官 Jean-Marie Mognetti 表示，鉴于传统金融巨头在单一资产加密 ETF 市场的主导地位，公司将在未来 12-18 个月内将资源重新分配至更具创新性和更高利润的产品，包括加密生态系统股票敞口工具、区块链创新趋势的专题投资组合以及结合加密货币与其他资产的主动管理策略。
