智通财经APP讯，科轩动力控股(00476)发布公告，配售协议所载的先决条件已经全部达成，而配售事项已于2025年12月1日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成。合共2000万股配售股份(相当于本公司于本公告日期紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约6.31%)已按配售价每股配售股份0.78港元向不少于六名承配人配售。
配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣除应付予配售代理的佣金及配售事项产生的其他开支)约为1540万港元。本公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用于本集团的一般营运资金。公司拟将配售所得款项净额：约1200万港元用于发展及扩大集团的新能源业务，特别是电动商用解决方案业务;及约340万港元用于补充集团的一般营运资金。
