智通财经APP讯，佰金生命科学(01466)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司北京佰金生物科技有限公司(北京佰金)与上海谷环医疗器械有限公司(谷环医疗)签订策略合作框架协议，据此，北京佰金将透过认购股权的方式对谷环医疗进行投资，旨在构建集团品牌医疗产品直营门店销售渠道。同时，将会拟任命梁亮先生为集团医疗事业部总监，负责医疗产品拓展工作。合作框架协议将于2026年12月31日届满，协议任何一方均可提前 10天通知另一方提前终止合作框架协议。
上海谷环医疗器械有限公司在医疗产品供应链领域深耕十多年，拥有优质的上下游合作商，并间接或直接持有三十多家医疗美容机构股份。梁亮先生拥有医疗美容行业丰富的从业经验，其履历覆盖医美供应链、医疗机构运营、投资管理等诸多模块。
董事会认为，订立合作框架协议可以帮助集团致力于完善从产品研发到自有销售渠道建设的医疗产品市场生态建设，并稳定扩大集团收入来源。
