China Ecotourism's Winding-Up Hearing Further Adjourned; Shares Fall 7%

China Ecotourism Group (HKG:1371) said the court has granted a further three-month adjournment of its winding-up petition hearing, according to a Nov. 28 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the lottery system provider fell over 7% in Monday afternoon trade.

The company had been slapped with a winding-up petition by the Hong Kong branch of a creditor bank in March over an alleged outstanding debt of roughly HK$78.5 million.
