Soon Hock Enterprise's (SGX:SHE) subsidiary, Soon Hock Property Development, granted Vivre Creative Design an option to purchase its leasehold property in Singapore for SG$1.5 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the property developer were up nearly 1% in Monday trading.

The purchaser is required to exercise the option by Feb. 27, 2026. The property is located at 8 Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 #02-02 Singapore. It has a lease of 60 years, starting from Dec. 15, 2010.

The divestment is seen by the company as an opportunity to realize a gain on the disposal and to provide the company with additional working capital.
