China Kepei Education's Profit Slips in Fiscal 2025; Shares Lose 2%

China Kepei Education (HKG:1890) reported 748.1 million yuan in attributable profit for the fiscal year 2025, down from 827.8 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Nov. 28 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the educator were down over 2% in Monday's late morning trade.
Earnings per share for the year ended Aug. 31 came in at 0.3719 yuan, compared with 0.4114 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue rose to 1.87 billion yuan from 1.69 billion yuan.
The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, payable on or around Aug. 21, 2026, to shareholders on record as of Aug. 7, 2026, subject to approval at the annual general meeting.
