路透台北12月1日 - 针对向美国采购的F-16V Block 70新型战机生产进度，台湾国防部周一表示，洛克希德-马丁（Lockheed Martin）正赶工组装，产线已从10月的50架进步到54架。
空军司令部参谋长李庆然在立法院回复立委质询指出，在美国与台湾政府催促下，相关飞行测试也会提早在本月进行。
“进到厂里面开始组装的有54架 我们在10月份的时候是50架。”他说。
李庆然表示，军机生产一定是要有进度，才能再有一架新机进厂组装，这进度显示一直在赶工。在美国与台湾政府催促下，相关飞行测试也会提早在本月进行。
另一国防部官员则称，F-16V可望在明年完成所有机队组装，但测试方面为了确保安全，还是会持审慎态度。
美国于2019年批准向台湾出售价值80亿美元洛克希德-马丁LMT.N的F-16战机，该交易将使台湾的F-16机队达到200多架，为亚洲之最，加强台湾对中国日益加剧的威胁之下的防御能力。（完）
