12月1日，时代邻里控股有限公司（以下简称“时代邻里”）捐赠150万港元，驰援香港大埔救灾。
在11月26日，香港大埔宏福苑发生五级火灾，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失，牵动社会各界关注。作为在香港上市的企业，时代邻里心系同胞安危，积极践行企业社会责任，向香港特区政府成立的“大埔宏福苑援助基金”捐赠150万港元，用于受灾居民紧急医疗救助及生活必需品补给，切实解决受灾同胞当下急难问题。
时代邻里表示，时代邻里始终与香港同胞站在一起，向不顾危险、全力救援的消防队伍及各界援灾团体致以深切敬意，同时将持续关注灾后恢复进展，用企业担当传递温暖，助力受灾同胞渡过难关。
时代邻里的母公司——时代中国控股11月28日在港交所公告称，各项重组条件均已达成，重组生效日期为2025年11月28日。
在今年前10个月，时代中国控股累计合同销售(连合营项目销售)金额约为人民币43.36亿元，同比减少42.62%；签约建筑面积约为35.3万平方米。
