Biome Australia (ASX:BIO) appointed Lauren Dwyer as chief financial officer, effective Feb. 2, 2026, succeeding Douglas Loh, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Loh will retire in 2026 after a structured handover and remain in an advisory role to support a smooth transition, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 1% in recent Thursday trade.
