智通财经APP讯，VSING(08292)发布公告，于2025年12月1日(交易时段结束后)，本公司与配售代理订立了配售协议，据此，本公司已委任配售代理，待配售事项的先决条件达成后，以竭诚基准按每股配售股份0.4港元的价格配售最多1.5亿股配售股份予不少于六名独立承配人。
假设配售股份获全面配售，最高配售股份数目1.5亿股占本公司于本公布日期已发行股本10.78亿股股份的13.91%，以及本公司经发行最高配售股份数目1.5亿股扩大的已发行股本约12.21%。每股配售股份0.4港元的配售价较于2025年12月1日联交所所报收市价每股股份0.435港元折让约8.05%。
假设配售股份获全面配售，则配售事项所得款项总额及净额将分别为约6000万港元及约5920万港元。本公司拟定将所得款项净额当中约50%，即约2960万港元的款项，用于发展VSING业务分部，而余下所得款项净额用作本集团的一般营运资金。
