【#陈睿连续退出多家B站关联公司# 回应：核心管理职务未发生变化】#陈睿退出多家B站公司仍担任核心管理# 12月1日，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，哆啦哔梦（上海）文化传播有限公司发生工商变更，陈睿卸任董事长，同时多位高管发生变更。该公司成立于2018年5月，法定代表人为郑彬炜，注册资本250万人民币，经营范围包括动漫设计、信息技术咨询服务、广播电视节目制作等，由B站关联公司上海幻电信息科技有限公司、上海绘界文化传播有限公司共同持股。值得一提的是，此前，陈睿已卸任上海宽娱数码科技有限公司、幻电科技（上海）有限公司、上海哔哩哔哩科技有限公司的职务。值得注意的是，针对卸任法定代表人一事。B站此前回应称，关联公司法定代表人变更跟公司经营乃至权力关系无关，陈睿在公司的核心管理职务未发生变化。
