Chorus Settles 300 Million Euros in Notes Tender Offer

Chorus (ASX:CNU, NZE:CNU) met the financing condition and settled a tender offer for 300 million euros in outstanding 0.875% notes due Dec. 5, 2026, on Nov. 28, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Upon settlement, 243.5 million euros in notes were purchased and cancelled, while 56.5 million euros worth of notes remained outstanding, the filing said.
