此外，李建军先生已获提名担任董事会第二届独立非执行董事候选人，惟须待公司临时股东会审议及批准后方始作实。李建军先生已获委任为董事会审计委员会主席及董事会薪酬与考核委员会成员，而于建林先生不再担任董事会提名委员会成员，李润香女士则已获委任为董事会提名委员会成员及陈乘贝先生获委任为董事会提名委员会成员，全部均自李建军先生于临时股东会获选为公司独立非执行董事之日起生效。
