12月3日，易大宗（01733）发布公告，宣布与Bridge Mining签订合作协议，建立战略联盟，进行煤炭采矿、物流及销售服务。
根据协议，承包商（公司的全资附属公司）Five Hills Terra LLC与业主（Bridge Mining的附属公司）Tsagaan Uvuljuu LLC将签订具体采矿服务合同，业主需支付服务费和相关费用。
截至2025年12月31日，买方将直接支付承包商最高金额为3500万港元，而截至2026年12月31日，支付的最高金额为6.5亿港元。
此外，公告还提到业主、买方及承运人已于2025年12月3日签订付款协议，买方需直接向承运人支付煤炭运输费用，以抵销业主根据运输协议应支付的金额。
预计截至2025年12月31日，买方将直接支付承运人的最高金额为400万港元，而截至2026年12月31日，支付的最高金额为2.65亿港元。该协议的签订将提升款项流转的透明度和效率，降低交易对手风险，支持公司在蒙古市场的业务扩张。
