ChainCatcher 消息，据 Techinasia 报道，超过 270 名 Tokenize Xchange 前用户对该平台创始人 Hong Qi Yu 及其妻子 Erin Koo 提起诉讼，就涉嫌欺诈性挪用客户资产寻求 6050 万美元赔偿。
Tokenize Xchange 是一家总部位于新加坡的加密货币平台，由 AmazingTech 运营，在新加坡金融管理局于 2025 年 7 月拒绝其数字支付代币许可证申请后关闭。法院指定的临时司法管理人报告称，AmazingTech 欠客户约 2.663 亿美元，但仅持有 260 万美元资产。
该诉讼在新加坡高等法院提起，声称 Hong 和 Koo 对资金短缺负有责任。新加坡当局正在调查 AmazingTech 及其关联实体可能涉及的违法行为，包括欺诈性交易。
