智通财经APP讯，阅文集团(00772)发布公告，董事会已批准一项计划，以行使公司股东于公司于2025年5月30日举行的股东周年大会上向董事会授出的一般授权项下的权力，以回购公司股份，据此股东批准在市场上回购不超过于股东周年大会当日占公司已发行股份10%股份的回购授权。现有回购授权届满后的任何股份回购，须待股东于公司于2026年举行的下届股东周年大会上就回购股份授予董事会一般授权后，方可作实。根据回购授权最多可回购的股份总数为不超过1.022亿股股份，根据建议股份回购计划拟使用的最高资金总额为12亿港元。
