智通财经APP讯，微盟集团(02013)发布公告，公司董事会接获董事会主席兼本公司首席执行官孙涛勇先生(孙先生)通知，孙先生透过其控制的实体Yomi.sun Holding Limited(Yomi. sun Holding)于2025年12月4日的公开市场交易中，以每股平均价约1.90港元购入合共153.4万股本公司股份，相当于本公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约 0.04%(增持事项)。紧随增持事项后，Yomi.sun Holding直接持有2.46亿股本公司股份及孙先生被视为于2.46亿股本公司股份中拥有权益，均相当于本公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约6.22%。
如孙先生所告知，进行增持事项乃由于彼对本集团整体发展前景和增长潜力充满信心。自本集团经调整利润扭亏为盈，且人工智能相关收入逐渐成为新增长点以来，基本面已发生改变。于合适机遇出现时，在遵守适用法律及法规的前提下，彼可能进一步增持本公司股份。
