智通财经APP讯，粤港湾控股(01396)发布公告，于2025年12月4日，公司拟向认购人(CMBI PRIVATE EQUITY SERIES SPC、顶升有限公司)配发及发行合共3418.18万股，占公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大的全部已发行股本约2.95%。认购价每股认购股份5.5港元，较12月4日收市价每股股份5.7港元折让约3.51%。认购事项所得款项总额将约为1.88亿港元，而所得款项净额将约为1.876亿港元。董事会拟将认购事项所得款项净额用于集团的一般营运资金，具体而言，约70%拟用于交付AI算力云服务项目;约20%拟用于支付项目建设金额;及约10%拟用于日常运营费用。
