ETF（交易所交易基金）提供商 ProShares 收到美国证券监管机构的警告函后，已撤回其部分高杠杆交易所交易基金的注册申请。该警告函指出了相关风险敞口，并暂停了对此类计划的审查。

　　周二，美国证券监管机构已向 9 家 ETF 提供商发送此类警告函，包括 ProShares、Direxion 和 GraniteShares。监管机构要求这些公司进一步明确部分基金的风险 —— 此类基金试图追踪标的股票表现，且杠杆倍数最高可达 5 倍。

　　ProShares 于周三表示：“我们理解并认可美国证券交易委员会（SEC）工作人员近期对多家发行机构提交的特定新型杠杆 ETF 所持的观点，该观点指出此类基金不符合相关法律要求。”

　　因部分 ETF 提供商推出的基金试图以最高 5 倍杠杆追踪标的股票表现，美国证券交易委员会认为这类基金存在风险敞口，故发送警告函要求相关机构进一步明确风险，并暂停了对此类基金计划的审查。

　　除 ProShares 外，收到警告函的 ETF 提供商还包括 Direxion、GraniteShares、Tidal Financial 和 Volatility Shares。其余 4 家未在报道中提及具体名称。

　　ProShares 撤回的 ETF 产品包括两类：

1. 拟追踪华尔街科技巨头（如元宇宙平台公司 Meta 和博通公司 AVGO）回报、杠杆倍数为 3 倍的产品；
2. 拟追踪特定行业、国家及加密货币的相关产品。
