智通财经APP讯，嘉鼎国际集团(08153)发布公告，于2025年12月1日(星期一)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，合共接获4份暂定配额通知书项下的有效申请及接纳，涉及合共456.63万股供股股份，占供股提呈的供股股份总数约39.52%。
于记录日期概无除外股东。根据上述暂定配额通知书项下的有效申请及接纳的结果，受限于补偿安排的未获认购供股股份总数为698.88万股供股股份及零股不合资格股东未售供股股份。诚如上文所披露，本公司已根据GEM上市规则第10.31(1)(b)条透过与配售代理订立配售协议作出补偿安排，据此，本公司有条件委任配售代理，而配售代理有条件同意担任本公司的配售代理，以根据配售协议的条款按竭诚基准促使承配人认购未获认购供股股份。预期配售代理配售未获认购供股股份将于2025年12月5日(星期五)开始，并不迟于20255年12月12日(星期五)下午六时正结束。本公司将不会发行补偿安排下任何未配售的未获认购供股股份，而供股的规模将相应削减。
