Embassy Office Parks REIT (NSE:EMBASSY, BOM:542602) has agreed to acquire a 300,000-square-foot office property within Embassy GolfLinks Business Park in Bengaluru, India, for 8.52 billion Indian rupees, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The property is 100% occupied and is fully leased to a global investment firm, the filing said.
