Kelly Partners Group (ASX:KPG) completed its partnership with a New South Wales-based accounting firm on Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Kelly Partners Narrandera has been established to acquire 100% of the business, currently owned 50.10% by the company and 49.9% by an operating partner, the filing said.
The current business partner will act as a consultant for a minimum of three years, according to the filing.
