新东方事件再次引发舆论关注。此前，俞敏洪发布全员信并分享南极游视频，引发员工吐槽。昨天，一名员工通过钉钉向全员发送长文，控诉岗位存在“996单休”、招生指标虚高、工作内容繁杂等问题，直指公司“压榨”。该长文很快被删除，员工账号也被封禁，理由是不符合内部举报流程。
随后，该员工在某社交平台上再次发声，发布三分钟视频，强调希望通过合理途径让管理层正视员工诉求，选择群发是借助群体关注力量，此前多次尝试均无果。视频还呼吁推动企业重视劳动者权益。
然而，这一回应视频遭到不少网友质疑，有人认为是炒作博流量，有人觉得读稿像AI写出来，甚至有人怀疑是竞争对手的卧底。但也有网友支持，认为社会需要这种敢于发声的人。
截至目前，该回应视频已收到上千条评论，多数网友声援员工，批评俞敏洪双标。部分销售岗位网友认为加班普遍，但工资可观。一些职场老员工则认为公司会“杀鸡儆猴”，担心员工以后工作难找。
