智通财经APP讯，国际商业数字技术(01782)发布公告，配售协议所载全部条件均已获达成，且配售事项已于2025年12月8日完成。合共2800万股配售股份(相当于紧接完成前公司现有已发行股本7.72亿股股份约3.627%;及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约3.50%)已根据配售协议的条款成功配售予不少于六名承配人，配售价为每股配售股份3.60港元。每股配售股份的净发行价(经扣除配售佣金、专业费用及所有相关开支后)约为每股配售股份3.5614港元。
配售事项的实际所得款项总额约为1.01亿港元，而配售事项的实际所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金、专业费用及就配售事项产生的其他相关开支后)约为9972万港元。
