Paramount Skydance此前指责华纳兄弟探索公司在出售流程中存在不公平操作，偏向奈飞而非其他竞购者。
据一份信函副本显示，Paramount Skydance的法律团队在致华纳兄弟探索公司首席执行官大卫·扎斯拉夫的信中，对竞购过程的"公平性与充分性"提出担忧，理由是有报道指出华纳兄弟探索公司管理层倾向于奈飞的提案。
信函显示，由大卫·埃利森领导的Paramount Skydance已要求华纳兄弟探索公司确认，是否已成立一个由无偏见董事会成员组成的独立特别委员会来评估报价并监督出售流程。
