智通财经APP讯，新锐医药(06108)发布公告，于2025年12月5日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司已有条件同意透过配售代理以尽力基准按每股配售股份0.225港元的价格向不少于六名承配人(其本身及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方)配售最多3343.2万股配售股份。
最高数目的配售股份相当于本公告日期本公司现有已发行股本约20.00%;及经发行配售股份扩大的本公司已发行股本约16.66%。配售价每股配售股份0.225港元较：股份于最后交易日于联交所所报的收市价每股0.245港元折让约8.16%;及股份于紧接最后交易日前连续五个交易日于联交所所报的平均收市价每股约0.2516港元折让约10.57%。
假设最高数目的配售股份根据配售协议获配售，配售事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为750万港元及约740万港元(经扣除配售费用及配售事项其他开支后)。预期配售事项所得款项净额全部款项将用于就本集团核心业务收购额外分销权。
