智通财经APP获悉，据媒体消息，香港中华煤气(00003)孵化的绿色独角兽、环保生物燃料公司怡斯莱(EcoCeres)正考虑在香港而非伦敦进行IPO，最早可能在2026年下半年上市。知情人士指出，怡斯莱可能会寻求在香港上市，而未来再进一步第二上市。
怡斯莱由香港中华煤气公司创建，贝恩资本于2023年入股。该公司将生物质废料转化为可持续航空燃料、氢化植物油、可再生石脑油以及纤维素乙醇等产品。据悉，媒体曾在今年1月报道，怡斯莱有意在欧洲上市，伦敦是潜在上市地点之一，最快可能明年上市募资5亿至10亿美元，目标估值约50亿美元。
