智通财经APP讯，文业集团(01802)发布公告，于2025年12月4日，公司接获上市复核委员会的函件，通知经考虑公司及上市科提交的意见书，包括公司于聆讯中提交的意见书后，上市复核委员会决定公司未能根据上市规则第13.24条的规定，证明其维持的业务有足够的营运水平及有足够价值的资产支持其营运。尤其是，公司未能证明其业务具有实质性，及╱或具有可行性及可持续性。
因此，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01(3)条暂停公司股份买卖，理由是公司未能遵守上市规则第13.24条的规定。
公司股份将于2025年12月5日上午9时正起暂停买卖。
