格隆汇12月5日丨彩星玩具(00869.HK)宣布，于2025年12月5日，公司间接全资附属公司PICL作为租户与下方订立该等租约，继续向关连业主租赁以根据现行租约相同物业作办公室、仓库及展览用途： (1) PPML(一间 PHL间接全资附属公司)作为 Belmont Limited代理人以业主身份，订立一份于2026年1月1日生效的租赁第一香港物业的第一份香港租约； (2) PPML(一间 PHL 间接全资附属公司)作为 Bagnols Limited 代理人以业主身份，订立一份于2026年1月1日生效的租赁第二香港物业的第二份香港租约；及 (3) GWL(一间 PHL 间接全资附属公司)作为业主，订立一份于2026年1月1日生效的租赁英国物业的英国租约。 PHL间接拥有并控制公司约50.85%的股份权益，为公司主要股东。
