智通财经APP讯，东风集团股份(00489)发布公告，董事会将根据本公司《公司章程》的有关规定建议委任冯长军先生为本公司执行董事。关于董事委任的议案将提呈临时股东大会以普通决议案的方式予以审议批准。
董事会决议待临时股东大会通过后，冯先生亦获委任为本公司总裁及上市规则第3.05条项下的授权代表。冯先生获委任后，本公司执行董事杨青先生，将不再担任本公司授权代表职务。杨先生将继续担任本公司执行董事、董事会主席、董事会薪酬委员会及提名委员会委员。
