Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales of 521 million yuan in November, with a sales area of 57,818 square meters, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 6.67 billion yuan and 595,792 square meters, respectively.
