Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading (BOM:544329) agreed to acquire a 60% stake in STK Food Processing, according to a Monday filing.
STK manufactures makhana and chana sattu products under the "POPMAK" brand and supplies the retail chain Canteen Stores Department (CSD), the filing said.
The deal will add seven CSD-listed products to Leo Dryfruits' existing nine, taking the combined portfolio to 16 items, the company said.
