BlockBeats 消息，12 月 8 日，据官方消息，Intercont（Cayman）Limited（纳斯达克：NCT）宣布与新加坡 Web3 科技公司 Starks Network Ltd 签署收购意向，将收购其不足 50% 的少数股权，并共同推进 zCloak Network 项目开发，正式迈向链上数字资产基础设施布局。
zCloak Network 以 AI 数字身份、企业级自托管钱包、稳定币支付与 AI 加密支付技术见长，并获 Coinbase Ventures 等顶级机构投资。双方将合作把 Web3 技术应用于航运贸易中的支付与业务流程的数字化改造，加速行业智能化升级。
NCT 与 Starks 表示，此次收购是推动集团长期策略、探索跨行业布局的重要一步。双方将共同推动企业级 Web3 技术在全球航运与贸易领域落地。
